Once you have placed your order and payment has been successfully authorised, we will process it within 48 hours (2 working days). Orders placed after 1pm will be processed from the following working day.

As each piece is Made-to-Order, specifically for you, we are unable to process returns. Every piece is cut, sewn and packaged one-by-one, it's an intimate experience for our customers and makers so please bear this in mind when ordering. We do offer exchanges as explained in the next section.

Should you wish to exchange, you will need to return your item(s) within 14 days in its original condition with tags attached. Our team will inspect the garment once received to confirm if we can process an exchange.
