RETURNS 

As each piece is Made-to-Order, specifically for you, we are unable to process returns. Every piece is cut, sewn and packaged one-by-one, it's an intimate experience for our customers and makers so please bear this in mind when ordering. We do offer exchanges as explained in the next section.

To help choose the right size, please view our sizing guide here. If you are unsure of which size to choose, please email info@rebeccatembo.com. You can also choose to have your order custom-made, this option will appear on the product page.

If your order needs alterations, we are happy to assist. We charge £25 for alterations. Please email info@rebeccatembo.com with your order number to discuss further.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange, you will need to return your item(s) within 14 days in its original condition with tags attached. We only exchange standard sized orders, we do not accept exchanges for custom orders. Custom orders may be eligible for alterations, depending on the style.

Our team will inspect the garment once received and confirm an exchange. To do so, please send your order to: REBECCA TEMBO, Unit 0, Thames-side Studios, London, SE18 5NR. Kindly email us to let us know to expect your shipment - info@rebeccatembo.com. 

CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Payments are taken in GBP (£), if ordering abroad, the checkout may display your local currency. As exchange rates fluctuate, we cannot control the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of return. We will not be liable for currency fluctuations, should there be a difference, it will be very small.
