Shipping and delivery

Every order is cut and sewn one by one in London, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be constructed and dispatched. Production times may increase during busy periods of up to 3-4 weeks (e.g. Black Friday). We offer a rush delivery service (made within 1 week) for a small fee.

FREE Express Shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail/DHL.

Standard Shipping (1-2 working days once dispatched)

Europe

Express delivery via DHL (1-2 working days once dispatched) £15

USA

Express delivery via DHL (2-3 working days once dispatched) £25

International

Express delivery via DHL (2-6 working days once dispatched) £25 to £35

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details with your estimated arrival time.

We offer a rush order service (this is an additional charge) which means your order will be made and dispatched in 1 week. Simply select this option at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

International delivery times may vary if they are subject to customs charges. This is beyond our control but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this. More information is explained below under “Tax, Duties & Customs”.

 

Busy periods such as national bank holidays may also affect delivery times. We do not process orders on national holidays, we advise you to order in advance to avoid any delays.

 

In the event of your order risking a potential delay, one of our specialists will contact you as soon as possible and provide updates frequently.

 

TAX, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

 

All countries outside of the UK are subject to a potential customs charge for delivery into the destination country. The buyer is responsible for these charges, the courier will not deliver until the charges are paid. Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for potential delays or the handling of the package.
