Yes! As a made-to-order brand, we’re really excited about being able to help you achieve the right fit. On each product page, you’ll find an infographic showing you what can be customised to personalise your fit. If you’d like additional measurements taken, please contact info@rebeccatembo.com with your order number so we assist your further. Please note there is an extra fee.

We use Royal Mail for orders placed within the UK and DHL for orders placed internationally.

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
We offer a rush order service which takes 1 week for your order to be made and shipped. Simply select this option at checkout.

Yes, of course! We can deliver to a convenient address provided by you, except for PO Boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number to track your order via the courier site.

All countries outside of the UK are subject to a potential customs charge for delivery into their destination country. The buyer is responsible for these charges, the courier will not deliver until the charges are paid. We are not responsible for potential delays due to custom charges.

- For Bespoke orders, you’ll be sent an invoice.

Whilst viewing the items, it may show your local currency. Once payment has been processed and authorised, it will appear as GBP.

Every item is under a 1 year warranty. REBECCA TEMBO will gladly cover repair costs with the exception of wear and tear.

Our sizes range from a UK 4 to UK 18. However we offer various customisation options to fit your individual size requirements.
