Exchanges & Alterations

Sometimes you just need to swap a size or have some quick alterations made to make your outfit perfect! Here’s how we can help:


UK EXCHANGES (standard sizes only)

If you are a UK customer, this is how you process an exchange with us:

  • Email customer service to let us know that you’ll be exchanging your order and what size you’d like
  • Send your order back in the original brand new condition and packaging to*:
    Bespoke RT LTD, The Pump House, 30 Seagull Lane, London, E16 1YP United Kingdom
    Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your exchange**.
  • We’ll create your new order for you within 14 days and post it back to you. Need it sooner? Please speak to the team about Rush options (info@rebeccatembo.com)

*You have 14 days to send your order back from the date you receive it.

**If the garment shows any sign of being worn or is stained, we will not be able to process an exchange.


US EXCHANGES (standard sizes only)

If you are a US customer, this is how you process an exchange with us:

  • Email customer service to let us know that you’d like to exchange your order and what size you’d like
  • We will generate a shipment label for you to drop off at your local DHL drop-off point*. Before we send you the label, you’ll need to complete the shipping payment via the link we send you
  • Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your exchange**.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES (standard sizes only)

If you are based outside of the UK and US, this is how you process an exchange with us:

  • Email customer service to let us know that you’d like to exchange your order and what size you’d like
  • We will generate a shipment label for you to drop off at your local DHL drop-off point*. Before we send you the label, you’ll need to complete the shipping payment via the link we send you (pricing varies depending on your location)
  • Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your exchange**.

ALTERATIONS (Standard, custom and bespoke orders)

We’re proud to be able to offer you an alterations services! There is a fee for alterations, and the price may vary for more complex alterations. You are responsible for shipping your garment. To begin this process, please email info@rebeccatembo.com so we can help assist you.
