Returns

Kindly note we only accept returns for standard size orders only. 


For custom sizes, bespoke pieces and discontinued items (Ari and Bello), we do not accept returns but we do offer exchanges/alterations. Please refer to this guide for more information.

UK returns

If you are a UK customer, this is how you process a return with us:

  • Email customer service to let us know that you’ll be returning your order.
  • Send your order back in the original brand new condition and packaging to*:
    Bespoke RT LTD, The Pump House, 30 Seagull Lane, London, E16 1YP United Kingdom
    Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your refund**.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

*You have 14 days to send your order back from the date you receive it.

**If the garment shows any sign of being worn or is stained, we will not be able to process a refund.


US returns

If you are a US customer, this is how you process a return with us:

  • Email customer service to let us know that you’d like to return your order.
  • We will generate a shipment label for you to drop off at your local DHL drop-off point*. Before we send you the label, you’ll need to complete the shipping payment via the link we send you 
  • Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your refund**.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

*You have 14 days to send your order back from the date you receive it.

**If the garment shows any sign of being worn or is stained, we will not be able to process a refund.

Please note that any Duties and Taxes paid on delivery cannot be refunded.


International returns

If you are based outside of the UK and US, this is how you process a return with us:

  • Email customer service to let us know that you’d like to return your order.
  • We will generate a shipment label for you to drop off at your local DHL drop-off point*. Before we send you the label, you’ll need to complete the shipping payment via the link we send you (pricing varies depending on your location)
  • Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your refund**.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

*You have 14 days to send your order back from the date you receive it.

**If the garment shows any sign of being worn or is stained, we will not be able to process a refund.

June 2024: Our returns policy for discontinued items

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. However, as we are currently discontinuing all items on our product page, we have made an important update to our returns policy to better serve you and manage our inventory effectively.


Returns policy for discontinued items (Ari and Bello):

Returns for store credit only:

  • All returns for discontinued items will now be issued as store credit only.
  • This policy change ensures that you can still enjoy our range of products while helping us manage our inventory responsibly.

Eligible items:

  • Only items purchased directly from our website and within the return window of 14 days from receiving your product are eligible for returns as store credit. Anything past 14 days cannot be returned for store credit.
  • Custom orders remain non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return window:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for store credit.

Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team [info@rebeccatembo.com] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit to shop any of our new styles within 1 year of issue. 

Store credit issuance:

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, which will be emailed to you.
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchases on our website and will expire within 1 year of issue.

Exclusions:

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and any other items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or store credit.
