For custom sizes and bespoke pieces, we do not accept returns but we do offer exchanges/alterations. Please refer to this guide for more information.
UK returns
If you are a UK customer, this is how you process a return with us:
- Email customer service to let us know that you’ll be returning your order.
- Send your order back in the original brand new condition and packaging to*:

Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs. - Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your refund**.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
*You have 14 days to send your order back from the date you receive it.
**If the garment shows any sign of being worn or is stained, we will not be able to process a refund.
US returns
If you are a US customer, this is how you process a return with us:
- Email customer service to let us know that you’d like to return your order.
- We will generate a shipment label for you to drop off at your local DHL drop-off point*. Before we send you the label, you’ll need to complete the shipping payment via the link we send you
- Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your refund**.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
*You have 14 days to send your order back from the date you receive it.

International returns
If you are based outside of the UK and US, this is how you process a return with us:
- Email customer service to let us know that you’d like to return your order.
- We will generate a shipment label for you to drop off at your local DHL drop-off point*. Before we send you the label, you’ll need to complete the shipping payment via the link we send you (pricing varies depending on your location)
- Once we receive your order, we’ll inspect it before confirming your refund**.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
