Nicole Sinclair's two-piece wedding look.

In the heart of her Californian home, where a white and red piano takes center stage in the living room, Nicole Sinclair, the TikTok sensation and style maven, lounges effortlessly on a vintage chaise. The room exudes a perfect blend of cozy and stylish, with guitars adorning the walls and a vinyl record player spinning softly in the corner. As we settle in for our interview, Nicole’s eyes sparkle with excitement as she recounts her recent wedding, a celebration that has set the internet abuzz.

"I've always been drawn to the glamour of the 1980s," Nicole muses, her gaze drifting to the wall-to-wall bookcase filled with classic literature and fashion tomes. "There's something magical about that era – the boldness, the romance, the unapologetic pursuit of dreams. I wanted my wedding to capture that essence but with a timeless twist."

For Nicole Sinclair's engagement party, the dress was as much a statement as the event itself. "I wanted something playful yet sophisticated," Nicole shares, recalling the evening that marked the beginning of her wedding celebrations. She chose a chic mini dress with a structured corset and subtle embellishments, a nod to her love for bold '80s silhouettes. "It felt like the perfect opportunity to experiment with something different from my wedding gown," she explains. The bespoke dress, paired with elegant heels and minimal jewelry, captured the essence of modern bridal fashion while setting a celebratory tone for the night.

Nicole's wedding, held in this very living room, was a masterclass in personal style and intimate celebration. The bride, known for her viral TikTok videos showcasing her unique fashion sense, opted for an 80s-inspired look that managed to feel both nostalgic and utterly contemporary.

"I chose a corset with a long and shorter skirt, as I loved the idea of switching up the look for the next part of the wedding" she explains, a smile playing on her lips. "It was reminiscent of Cher's iconic wedding dress in the 70s, but with a modern silhouette that felt true to my style. I wanted to look back at my wedding photos years from now and still feel that sense of timeless elegance."

The decision to host the wedding at home was a natural one for Nicole. "Your wedding should be a reflection of who you are," she asserts. "For me, that meant surrounding ourselves with the things we love – our books, our music, our art. It created an atmosphere that was undeniably us."

The decor for the intimate affair was a testament to Nicole's eye for design. Neon signs with romantic quotes adorned the walls, while geometric patterns in bold colors added a distinctly '80s flair to the tablescapes. "I drew inspiration from some of my favorite films – Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing, Bridget Jones's Diary. There's a romance and within those movies that I wanted to capture."

Nicole's approach to her wedding exemplifies a growing trend among modern brides – the desire to create a celebration that feels authentic and personal. "I think there's a misconception that a home wedding can't be glamorous or editorial," she says. "But with the right styling and vision, you can create something truly magical in your own space."

As our conversation winds down, Nicole reflects on the impact of her wedding choices. "I hope that by sharing my day, I can inspire other brides to embrace their individuality," she says. "Whether it's an 80s-inspired look or something completely different, the most important thing is that it feels true to you."

With her infectious enthusiasm and unique vision, it's clear why Nicole has captured the hearts of millions online. Her wedding day, much like the woman herself, was a perfect blend of old-school glamour and modern sensibility – proof that sometimes, the most stylish choice is simply to be yourself.
